Struggling to Get My Pending Salary: How Can I Ensure My Company Pays Up?

Dear Sir, The company has accepted my resignation dated 13.08.2018 on the spot and confirmed that my pending salary will be paid monthly. Every month, I will receive my salary. However, the company mentioned that they will pay 2 months' salary after 3 months.

My 3-month salary for the period of June, July, and August 2018 has not been paid to date. In February, the company assured me that the full and final amount would be paid, stating a specific amount of Rs. .......... /-. Despite this, they consistently claim that the funds are not available in the company and keep delaying the payment, providing a new date every time from December 2018 onwards.

I have kept all messages and screenshots (messages and WhatsApp) involving the Managing Director and the HR department. Despite my continuous messages and emails, the company has not provided me with a copy of my full and final settlement.

Currently, they are stating that the amount will be paid next month in July, but the exact date is not confirmed. Please guide me on this matter, sir.

Are they still functioning or facing imminent closure of operations?
