PF Pension Scheme is rejected - form 10c is rejected due to my service is less than 06 months

Hi, Actually i worked in 3 companies in two companies my service is more than 06 months and in 3rd company my service is less than 06 months total PF amount is 26000 from 03 companies , I applied for PF through online with form 19 and form 10c is filled only form 19 is approved and I have received 13500 amount and form 10c is rejected due to my service is less than 06 months.How can i get my remaining amount kindly 13000 kindly help me on it..tell me the alternate solution.

you should opt for transfer of PF & EPS from 1st Employer to 2nd Employer & accordingly.Later on if you were to withdraw EPS, You will get refund of EPS Accumulations.Have you done that?
