Is My Friend with a Commerce Background Eligible for HR Certification Courses?

One of my friends did her MBA in HR. Before that, she completed her graduation and intermediate course in commerce. However, she has four years of experience in HR operations and recruitment. After gaining four years of experience, she discovered she has a good grasp of technical skills, particularly in using Excel and ERP tools.

Could you kindly suggest if she is eligible to pursue any certification courses? I am asking this question because there are companies that specifically look for candidates with backgrounds such as B.Tech, BE, B.Sc, etc.
