If the employer had paid more above 25000 as basic for PF contribution individual .How can we bring back to 15000/-

Hi,
You can go for restricted PF option and contribution can be paid @ 15000/- which is Rs.1800/-.
If you want to follow restricted PF then it has to be common for all.
