Hi, I have worked in a consultancy for 7 months. I didn't get the salary on time in any month here. Also, I didn't receive any type of incentives even though I achieved my targets. The owner didn't provide any professional documents like an experience certificate or an increment letter. Consequently, I left the organization without serving the notice period. Now, the co-owner is withholding my full month's salary even though I worked there for the entire month. What should I do now?

Absconding without information is not a right practice. You could have submitted a resignation and served proper notice. You may contact your employer and request for relief and salary, and assure them that you will follow the proper exit process.
