Left the organisation without serving notice period - How to get pending salary and incentives?

Hi , I have worked in a Consultancy for 7 Months. I didn't get the salary on time in any month here.And I didn't get any type of incentives even I achieved my targets.
And the owner doesn't give any kind of professional docs like Experience Certificate,Increment Letter ,So I have left that org without serving notice period , Now the co Owner is not giving my full month salary even I have worked there for full month ,What Should I do now?

Absconding without information is not a right practice. You could have submitted resignation and served proper notice. You may contact your employer and request for relief and salary and assure them that you will follow proper exit process.
