Understanding Mandatory Deductions for KPO Employees in Punjab: What Should We Include?

Dear HRs,

We are a KPO with 27 employees working for UK clients in Mohali, Punjab. Currently, we are deducting EPF and ESI only for our 21 accountants, 5 managers, and 1 office boy.

My query is, what deductions are mandatory for all 27 employees? Do we need to deduct Labour Welfare Fund and Professional Tax? Please guide me on any other mandatory requirements we need to follow.
