To prepare a chart on organizational structure which is explained by hierarchy?

I am working in an educational institute as HR Manager. We have a team of 50+ employees. Organization wants me to prepare a chart on organizational structure which is explained by hierarchy. From Board of Directors to each employee working in institute and also their department heads.
Please send me some valid charts if someone has that. Thanks in advance.

You can create Org chart through MS Excel.
Choose INSERT Tab - In that choose SMART ART - In that choose Hierarchy. Choose Org chart of your choice and create.
