Pan verification failed(name against uan does not match with the name in income tax department)

Dear Team,
Please look into the below and advise accordingly.
Name as per Aadhaar: M K VINOD KUMAR
Name as per UAN: M K VINOD KUMAR
Name as per PAN: M K VINOD KUMAR
Name as per IT database: MUTHU KRISHNA VINOD KUMAR
As per my UAN, Aadhaar and PAN my name is M K VINOD KUMAR, however in IT database its expanded with initial as MUTHU KRISHNA VINOD KUMAR
Now due to this I am unable to update my PAN in UAN portal.
Please advise...

You have to get correct your PAN as per Aadhar through IT department.

Thank you for your swift response, my PAN is already correct as per Aadhaar but there is no way to change name in PAN database. Please advise
