New to HR? How Do I Navigate ESI and PF Registration for a Startup?

I have joined a startup company as an HR executive. The company is about to register for ESI and PF. Since I'm a fresher, please guide me on how to do the same. What are the things we should consider for ESI and PF registration, and what are the rules for ESI and PF?
