PF withdraw was rejected without reason and my Aadhar details all are verified

I have applied PF withdraw in EPFO portal after a week it's was rejected without reason and my Aadhar details all are verified kindly help me out.

Your claim rejected due to your employer deposited the amount after you left the job.
Clarify with employer your employer may updated wrong DOE in PF, in this case you need to contact your employer and explain the scenario.
