Hello, I have a question regarding ESIC. Suppose the employee is out of ESIC; however, if he took some leaves in a particular month and then his gross salary comes to less than 21000, is the person eligible for ESIC?
Hi, ESIC applicability is on gross salary, not on his present days. So in your case, he is not eligible.
