Hi all, I work as an HR professional in an IT firm with a staff of 35-40 employees. We recently conducted appraisals for our employees, which they accepted happily. However, it appears that some of them are still considering other job opportunities. Is it possible to introduce a clause in our HR policy stating that employees cannot resign for a specified period after accepting their raise? Are there any regulations prohibiting this? Your advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
