What Are the Compliance Requirements for Food Factories Under the Factories Act?

Can you help me to know the various compliances required for a factory as per the Factories Act? Also, what all is required if it is a food factory?

Compliance Requirements for Factories

Compliance shall include:

1. Factory License Display at a conspicuous place at the factory gate, including the name of the occupier/factory manager.
2. Extract of Certified Standing Orders.
3. Safety Manual.
4. Hours of Work.
5. PoSH Policy with consequences of acts of sexual harassment.
6. Notice with names & contact details of Internal Committee Members nominated under the SHWW (P, P & R) Act 2013.
7. Plant Medical Dispensary & Doctors On-Duty.

And other requirements mentioned in the Factories Act 1948 + Environment Protection Act.
