In my factory, Friday is the weekly off day. Therefore, if an employee applies for leave from the previous Saturday to the following Thursday and returns to work on Saturday, can Friday be counted as part of their earned leave or not?
This depends on your leave policy. How you are going to treat this case, but normally if his week off is on Friday and he is joining on Saturday, then it should not be counted as a leave. If he takes leave on Saturday, then it should be counted.
