Health care sector HR Manual that has good designs and creativity in it?

Hi everyone, I have been assigned the task of editing and styling the HR Manual book for my company . they want it to look more professional yet attractive.
Honestly idk who reads HR manual, but task is task..
requesting help.. if any one has any HR manual with innovative design or style which I can use then please attach below.
please note i don't want the template. I want manual that has good designs and creativity in it.
