Could you please provide me with the root cause of this issue? The first time I log in to the member portal and approve KYC through DSC, it works fine. However, when I attempt to approve one more record, the Digital signature window does not show up at all. I find that restarting the system allows me to approve the record. Unfortunately, I have to restart the system for every record for KYC approval through DSC. All DSC-related settings are set to EPFO SITE.
