Unable to do EPF Registration on Shram Suvidha website - Am I missing any steps?

I have fill the common form for EPF or ESIC registration but at the time of submitting the follwing error is showing that " your address is not eligible for ESIC registration" please provide the solution.

I Have submitted the EPF registration form on Sharm Portal, I have Got the ESI No, but in EPF its showing error that branch pin code is not correct, how can i change the branch pincode, Or do i have to re apply for the EPF No separately.

Also please let me know should i separately register for LIN aprt from ESI & EPF or will it get allotted automatically with the common registration portal.

If it is not allotted automatically, when it is mandate to apply for LIN
