ESIC contribution deducted for one lady employee from 01.08.18 - can she get maternity benefit? Or maternity leave?

Deal all, Please suggest me about maternity benefit avail or not? I had registered with my company on 12.12.18 and all employee registered on same date.
But ESIC contribution deducted from 01.08.18. And same has been deposit. Now one lady employees is 3 months pregnant.
My question is 1) can she get maternity benefit? Or maternity leave? Please reply.
