Understanding Sandwich Leave: Does Taking Tuesday Off After a Monday Holiday Count?

Hello, I have one query. If there is a holiday on Monday and someone takes leave on Tuesday, will it count as sandwich leave?

Saturday: Leave
Sunday: Leave
Monday: Official Holiday
Tuesday: Leave taken

Please clarify whether Saturday is a working day or a holiday for your office. If Saturday is a holiday and the employee availed leave on Monday alone, then there is no need to consider it as sandwich leave. However, if the employee is on leave starting from Friday, then it has to be considered as sandwich leave (leave from Friday to Tuesday).
