I am a fresher in HR. I have recently joined an Electrical Distributor Partnership firm with an employee strength of 30. I am aware that as per labor laws, PF and ESIC acts are applicable to this firm. I am seeking guidance on other laws that are applicable to an Electrical Distributor Partnership firm located in Pune.
