Dear All, Greetings of the day,
My management has asked me to change the salary breakup of the employees earning less then 15k / month, after the Supreme Court judgment on PF basic wages, please help me in the same. What could be the best %age of Basic /HRA and Any other single allowance by which employer will get little less burden.
