Employment Overlap Concern
X company has given me a relieving letter mentioning 1st Dec 2017 as my last working day. Y company has asked me to join on 26th Oct 2017 due to client urgency, as my X company was not ready to release me before 1st Dec 2017. Now, I have the original experience letter from company X mentioning 1st Dec 2017 as my last working day and the joining date in Y company as 26th Oct 2017. So, officially, I have an overlap of around 1 month between the last working day in X company and the joining date in Y company.
In the future, if I join Z company, will it be a problem? Please provide your valuable thoughts.
