Can anybody tell me about CL, EL, & SL as per the Shops and Establishment Act in Tamil Nadu?

Hi,

EL- 12 days - after 12 months of continuous service, one is entitled to 12 days of Earned Leave within the subsequent 12 months. The maximum accumulation period is 24 days.

SL- 12 days - entitlement during the first 12 months of continuous service and in every subsequent 12 months of service.

CL- 12 days - entitlement during the first 12 months of continuous service and in every subsequent 12 months of service.
