EPF Transfer Failed: Will My Old RPFO Still Earn Interest While I Sort This Out?

After switching jobs, I used online Form 13 to transfer my EPF. However, for some unknown reason, the transfer failed, and the amount went back to the old RPFO (the claim shows "settled and returned" status). Now, they are asking for a re-auth claim on physical Form 13, and this process has already taken more than a year. In this case, will I continue accruing interest through the older RPFO?

You will continue to accrue interest on the available EPF balance until the amount is transferred or withdrawn.
