Legal recourse - company is not generating sufficient revenue so they can not pay me 6 months maternity leave

I have been working with an organisation for more than 6 years. Recently, I applied for a maternity leave but my boss denied my application. He said that the company is not generating sufficient revenue so they can not pay me 6 months maternity leave. I have informed him immediately in first month, but that time he said he understands the condition and I continued working and now when its time for me to go on leave he denied to pay me for ML. What should I do?

You should complain under labour law because according to labour laws it is mandatory for companies to give maternity leaves.

How many employees are there?
MB Act lays down certain minimum conditions for Maternity benefits.
This Act is applicable to all organizations that employ 10 or more persons.
This is available for women working both in the private sector and public sector.
Right to payment of maternity benefit.
5. Right to payment of maternity benefit.- 1*[(1) Subject to the
provisions of this Act, every woman shall be entitled to, and her
employer shall be liable for, the payment of maternity benefit at the
rate of the average daily wage for the period of her actual absence,
that is to say, the period immediately preceding the day of her
delivery, the actual day of her delivery and any period immediately
