Background verification criminal case - Will the criminal records make my offer revoked?

There is criminal case Registered under my name in 2014 however last year that court gave the judgment as it was a false against me and I got non convicted. Recently I got offer in Deloitte. Will the criminal records make my offer revoked. Should I need to mention the thing while filling BGV.

Openness always right and helpful. Don't worry as you have been acquitted of the charges falsely leveled against you, don't hide it, mention the facts briefly with documentary evidence before they would unearth thru' BGV. I hope they'll understand going by the records.
