My Name is Sandeep,
I have got a job offer from a company named - Fabelizer, - a kids animation video production company,Pune, on -17-Dec-2019.
After salary negotiations over the email i had accepted the offer, and the joining date was 15-Jan-2019.
Meanwhile i resigned from my existing employer.
On 12th-Jan-2019, I got a call from Fabelizer's CEO Ms. Naqisa Silva that due to some financial circumstances, they are closing their Pune operations.... etc. etc. However she agreed that she will pay me min. 1 month salary in 4 installments on the dates of:
21st January 2019, 4th February 2019, 14th February 2019, 21st February 2019.
and all this conversation has happened over Phone, emails and whats app chat.
However, whenever the installment date was passed I called their accounts department, HR, and the CEO herself,
Ms. Silva always told me that she had financial problems and will pay within few days, etc. etc. and finally gave a fixed date of 31st March 2019.
when 31st March 2019 arrived she blocked me on what's app and not responding my emails.
I tried calling up the HR, Accounts - No response. I called up the co-working space in Pune, (where the company was located) and came to know that they had closed their operations in the month of Feb-19 itself.
All the above conversation is mentioned in emails and whats app messages.
Can anybody please please guide me how can I get my money from this Person.
