We currently run pvt ltd company and our business is to supply man power to other pvt ltd companies and now i need an agreement or a contract to sign with that company. like we will supply the man power to that company and they will pay us the charges incurred (salary and commission) and we will take care of their salary and other needs if any. kindly provide us a format.
