I had interviewed with Co. in the month of Feb and was selected in the same month. However, they released the offer letter in the month of March. After receiving the offer letter, I resigned from my current job, and now I am on a notice period of 3 months. After completing 1 month of the notice period, when I went to the doctor for some health issues, I found out that I am pregnant and 15 weeks have passed. I want to inform this to my new company, but I really don't know how they will react to it, as I am the only person responsible for their business here in Mumbai since they have recently started business operations in Mumbai.
I don't want to leave this job. I want to manage both things – secure my job and take care of the baby. Kindly suggest what to do in this scenario.
