Is it possible to send a legal notice or take any such action against a client if they do not pay the placement fee despite repeated follow-ups, etc.? The placed candidate is working with the client, and payment is overdue by 100 plus days. Please suggest.

What were your terms and conditions for procuring candidates?

Have you been sending reminders or making visits to expedite payments?

Legal notice can be given if all other attempts have failed.
