EPFO - Employer not co-operating and not updating my DOE - my pan card KYC is also kept pending for approval

Hi, I just have another query. If anyone can help me understand, it would be a great help. I have transferred my old company PF to the new company UAN number 101258546548. However, when I checked, my date of leaving is not mentioned. I left that company one year ago on 20.06.18, but they still have not updated my Date of Exit (DOE). I have been requesting them to update the same, but they are not cooperating. Additionally, my PAN card KYC is pending approval. Is it possible to update my DOE and approve my PAN KYC through the EPFO office?

This issue will be resolved by the EPFO office. Please contact and submit the application stating your issue to the concerned PF officer of the area under which the company falls.

For PAN card KYC verification, you need to link your PAN card with the UAN number having a similar name to the employment name. For the date of exit (DOE) of the previous employment, you can communicate with the previous employer in person and escalate the issue to the concerned PF Office.
