PF calculation as per new rule - whether I should be covered under PF now or still I have the option of not opting the PF?

I am getting salary of 25k per month in small unit. I have not been covered under PF as I have not opted while joining service. There is no breakup for this, its total salary paid. Can you tell me whether I should be covered under PF now or still I have the option of not opting the PF?
If I should opt does it for 15k or for 25k
