Hi, anyone has got frameworks, templates and Questionnaires for Career pathing and planning for Business HR group.
I have to do a pulse survey with the following broad areas in the questionnaire - Career Aspiration, Career Mapping and Career Enrichment. A mix of objective and open ended (Qualitative and Quantitative) questions. Based on the data from the survey have to work on individual career pathing and planning for people within BHR group.
