I joined a logistics company in August 2018 and resigned in December 2018. However, my resignation has not been accepted yet. Being new to handling office responsibilities and leading a team, I made a mistake by selling scrap for profit. I never kept any of the money for myself, but due to a strained relationship with my line manager, he accused me of theft. I provided printed bills to account for the entire amount being used for office expenses. The company collected the full amount of the scrap from me, which I promptly paid.

Moreover, this manager falsely portrayed me by circulating inaccurate information through email to tarnish my reputation. Additionally, I never received proper training, was not assigned any Key Result Areas (KRAs), and lacked guidance from senior colleagues, which led to some errors on my part. Despite this, I was blamed by my line manager and forced to rectify the situation.

Even after resigning and surpassing my notice period, I was instructed to gather essential financial data from a vendor, potentially violating company policy. I possess a recording of the manager threatening that my career would be sabotaged if I left and that negative reviews would purposely hinder my job prospects.
