I have applied for an online PF claim (total service 9 years and 2 months), and after a week, when I checked the status, it showed that your Form 19 (PF amount) has been approved and is under process. However, Form 10c (pension) has been rejected with remarks stating to submit 10c along with Form 19. All details have been updated as per the Aadhar Card, approved by the employer, and the PF field officer.
Since I have already submitted Form 19 and the payment process is underway, I am confused as to why the remarks indicate that I need to submit 10c along with Form 19.
