How Do I Register Contractors for ESI and PF Under a Common Registration?

Please let me know how to register our contractors for ESI and PF under a common registration. What is the procedure for registration?

The immediate employer is responsible for registering for EPF/ESIC and paying the contributions (the contractor). If the compliance is not met, then the principal employer is liable to discharge the EPF/ESIC/PT and other statutory liabilities. The principal employer has no privilege to obtain the EPF/ESIC registration on behalf of the contractor, except if the CLRA or BOCW act is maintained with the state LC.
