Procedure of Common Registration of ESI and PF

Dear all,
Plz let me know that how to get register our contractors for ESI and PF as common registration,
what is the procedure of registration?

There is showing registration of an establishment while we are seeking to get register to our contractor.

explain your query in clear words, EPF or ESI does not understand the trade words, they know the employer only,
the immediate employer is responsible for register for EPF/ESIC and pay the contributions ( the contractor)
if the compliance is not made then the principal employer is liable to discharge the EPF/ESIC/PT and other statutory liabilities
Principal employer has no privilege to get the EPF/ESIC registration on behalf of contractor, (except the CLRA or BOCW act maintained with state LC)
