I have transferred my PF from 1st to 2nd company, and from 2nd to 3rd company. 1st being exempted. Now while claiming for advance claim, current EPFO is rejecting my claim stating that I have not completed 7 years of service. Upon raising grievance to current EPFO, they told me below-
"Please be informed that the transfer-in received from [2nd Service] with the date of joining 30.11.2015. The transfer-in from [1st Company] not received to account the service details as 2012. Please share the Annexure-K copy of [1st Company] if you have transferred [1st Company] to Current PF"
1st Company : DOJ- 16 Jan 2012, DOE- 27 Nov 2015
2nd Company: DOJ - 30 Nov 2015, DOE - 1 July 2018
3rd Company :DOJ - 2 July 2018
Question - Shall I create new transfer request from 1st to 3rd company now? I can see this option on UAN portal.
