Resolving PF Account Name Change Issue: Updating Aadhaar and PAN Card

Is it possible to submit a name change form along with a PF closing application? I lost my registered mobile number, and I forgot my UAN login password.

Dear Friend,

You have to submit the Joint Declaration Form to the EPFO office to update your Aadhar card. Once your Aadhar card is updated, you may change your password.
