Sorry for disturbing you guys. I just wanted clarification here. Can we appoint a badli worker to cover for any absences of a permanent worker, such as annual leave, long leaves, or regular sick leave? In our company, many workers are frequently absent, creating a need to fill positions daily. Can we assign badli workers to cover for multiple absent workers on casual or sick leave, or should they be appointed only for specific workers and their leaves?
