Employee Health: Should We Schedule Medical Check-Ups for Everyone or Just Those in Hazardous Roles?

We have approximately 350 employees working in our factory. We are producing steel furniture equipment.

We just want to confirm whether we need to arrange medical check-ups for all employees or just for those who work in hazardous processes like powder coating, pre-treatment, welding, etc. For hazardous processes, we arrange medical check-ups every six months.

In addition to a medical check-up, please look into implementing a Mediclaim Policy or Personal Accident Policy, which will be useful. You can obtain a quote and recommend it to the employer. In the event of any mishap due to a workplace accident, the nominee of the employee will receive a lump sum amount based on the plan offered by the employer.
