Medical check up for all employees or just the employees who work in Hazardous processes?

We have approx 350 employee working in our factory. We are producing steel furniture equipments.
We just want confirm that whether we need to arrange the medical check up for all the employee or need to just check the employee who work in Hazardous process like powder coating, Pre-treatment, welding etc
for Hazardous process we arrange medical check up every six month.

Hi, In addition to medical check-up please look for implementing Mediclaim Policy / Personal Accident Policy which will be useful. You may get the quote and recommend to employer. In case of any mishap due to work place accident nominee of employee will get lumpsum money based on Plan offered by employer.
