Hi Samyak1970, Why did you continue in WC policy if the employee is in ESIC?
And what is the maximum that you attain by removing the name from WC insurance now for one or few employees.
Management should always be broad in giving facilities to workers.
What actions to be initiated by the Organization to cover herself with WC Act/Policy.
Which is beneficial, ESIC or WC.
Can we continue with both.
