Can I Cancel My Workers' Compensation Policy Midway Due to ESIC Act Applicability?

Can I (insured) cancel the WC insurance policy in between - as ESIC act applicable?

I am wondering if, as the insured party, I can cancel the Workers' Compensation insurance policy midway through, considering the applicability of the ESIC Act.

Hi Samyak1970, why did you continue in WC policy if the employee is in ESIC? And what is the maximum that you attain by removing the name from WC insurance now for one or a few employees. Management should always be broad in giving facilities to workers.

What actions should be initiated by the organization to cover itself with the Workers' Compensation Act/Policy? Which is more beneficial, ESIC or Workers' Compensation? Can we continue with both? Seniors, please shed some light.
