Reliability of research instrument (Likert Scale) in HRM/OB

Good Evening, please suggest. In my questionnaire i have four independent variable and one dependent variable. The individual reliability of the all the variables is coming out to be above 0.8, but the considering overall instrument it is coming out to be 0.95 is it okay? can i proceed further. Please help and suggest.
