Hii all, I work for a pharmaceutical company in India in their HR departmenet. I have been given a project on competency mapping for a department which is part of the R&D center of the company. It basically involves formulations department, API department, F R&D, API R&D, Technology Transfer (F TT, API TT) where F stands for formulations and API stands for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
I have to form a list of technical competencies required for the same, that is form a competency dictionary.
