Salary calculation - Is there any standard salary structure for Bangalore?

Whenever I have attended the interview many Hrs are - Given me to make the salary structure. Is there any standard salary structure for Bangalore have??? If yes please provide me the same & How to calculate that.

Basic
HRA ( 40 to 50% metro city 50% other citys 405)
Conveyance
medical Allowance
Bonus (8.33% On Basic)
projecet Allowances ( Adjustment amount add in this Component)
Above all comes under Gross Salary : (PF ESI,PT )After deduction from gross Comes Net Salary.

is it ok to deduct conveyance amount from salary if the employee is on leave or absent, please suggest.

Conveyance allowances is part of a salary strucher and it effects to absent days also, Conveyance allowances exemption allowed under Income Tax act upto 1600.
