Training and development L&D dashboard - parameters Man-days, persons, programs, Units wise, Program wise and cost incurred etc

Hi Fellow fraternity, I would like to ask help in regards to L&D dashboard. its about a manufacturing industry having 7 units and strength of 2300+ comprising of workers and management staff. Its a long process to learn Excel to make one, i am looking for any references in dashboard to make like one. parameters would be Man-days, persons, programs, Units wise, Program wise and cost incurred, External/Internal trainer, feedback and evaluation and effectiveness along with ROI.

As an HR professional it is very important that you learn basic excel and make a dashboard that is applicable to your organization.
How can any other companies dashboard be applicable in your company?
If you search this forum there are already enough samples for you to take inspiration from....

Learningnovo, thanks for the valuable suggestion. How thoughtful it might be to understand the question as I clearly mentioned that learning making dashboard in excel is a long process. Not learning excel as a package.
As far as the other comment concerned, I have asked for a reference as to what additionally can be looked into making the dashboards for my reference. I cannot make a dashboard from scratch being a first timer, it takes a couple of days.
I never meant to copy the dashboards, but yes can follow the lines which they go for making them interactive.
Instead of typing some lewd comments, you could have attached some links helping me to carry the task at hand.
I pray God that you peel before you eat and spit anything to make experiences better at interactions.

If someone don't believe in it then its against Training Core Rules

In case you require you can use, meanwhile develop your excel more customize & revert back it modified & updated version
That's how growth happen
