Would ISTD Diploma for Working professionals help me? How does the exams and internship pattern go?

I have done my MBA in HR and hold 3 years of experience majorly into recruitments.
I want to make my career in Learning & Development profile / as a Trainer.
Would ISTD Diploma help me?
Also, how does the exams and internship pattern go?
How many days of leaves would I require for exams and how would I handle the internship with a full time working job?

As far as ISTD exams are concerned, it all depends upon your previous knowledge in the field. I didn't take any study leaves for my exams in 2004.
Internship is again something you can do in your organization so no need for any leaves. If you have a good guide you can submit it in 6 months.
