Is the ISTD Diploma Worth It for HR Pros? Balancing Exams and Internships with a Full-Time Job

parul-pathak1
I have completed my MBA in HR and have 3 years of experience primarily in recruitment. I am keen on pursuing a career in Learning & Development or as a Trainer. I am considering whether obtaining an ISTD Diploma would be beneficial for my career advancement. I am curious about the examination and internship structure of the program. How many days of leave would be necessary for the exams, and how could I manage the internship alongside a full-time job?

As far as ISTD exams are concerned, it all depends on your previous knowledge in the field. I didn't take any study leaves for my exams in 2004. An internship is something you can do in your organization, so there's no need for any leaves. If you have a good guide, you can submit it in 6 months.
