- Person Responsible: Director/Center Head/HR Head will be responsible
- Mode Of Notice: WhatsApp & Email

2. Important Notices
- Person Responsible: Centre Head/Director will be responsible
- HR Department
- Mode Of Notice: Email, Written Notice, Notice Board & via network sharing
- Receivers: All Staff

3. Critical
- Person Responsible: Directors
- Mode Of Notice: Email & Written
- Receivers: Doctors & Leaders only

4. General Notices/All Related Policies
- Person Responsible: Centre Head & HR Dept
- Mode of Notice: Email, Written, Network Sharing (Every staff needs to check the Network Sharing Notice folder on a daily basis)
- Receivers: All Employees
