Hi, I joined a newly formed organization (BPO). Initially, we were advised that we would only get 1 leave per month, and the company would follow national holidays as per the US. This was to be applicable until the company was registered. Now, it's already been 8 months since the company registered, and neither the number of leaves has increased, nor are we getting leaves on US national holidays. The company has not even provided us with an offer letter. Every time we ask about these issues, they just say they are working on it. Female employees are made to travel alone at night as there is no transportation. There is no way to complain about this since there is no HR, and the only point of escalation is the organization's MD, who is the one making all these rules. I want to take some action but was hoping there are some ways to do this anonymously so I don't jeopardize my work. Please help.
