Can Gratuity will be part of CTC? If yes then what was formula in monthly salary sheet/slip?

Dear Friend,
Graduity is not the part of CTC but many company's do the practise of adding it.
Graduity is payable after 5 years of continues service.

Hai Friends,
Now a days all companies are adding Gratuity in the part of CTC.
At the same time that will not pay monthly. We will pay after completion of 5 years only.
For the CTC calculation purpose. Formula in monthly salary sheet.
Gratuity is calculated as 4.81% of your basic pay.
So, let's assume your basic pay is Rs.10,000 pm, then Rs. 481 will be contributed per month to your gratuity fund.

Gratuity can be shown in the CTC as it is purely a contribution made by the employer only. But it need not be reflected in the monthly salary sheet as it does not form part of the monthly salary.
