Dear Concern, employee D.O.J is 01-01-2016, after completion of one year he is expecting annual increment on January, 2017, company has given annual increment. In January 2018 again he is expecting annual increment but company has given increment in October-2018, company have adjusted his 9 months arrears.
my question is, in 2019 his increment will calculated from his joining or on that month (Oct, 2019) which company has given increment.
